Shipping policy

PAYMENT PROCESSING

Once we receive your order, please allow up to 48 hours for payment processing (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and National Holidays).

All orders are subject to processing time unless otherwise stated in the product description. Some items are made to order at our HQ, so we must ensure all payments are successfully processed prior to fulfillment.

Please note:

  • Payment processing time is separate from shipping time.

  • After payment processing is completed, you will receive a tracking number immediately.

  • Tracking information will update once USPS, FEDEX, UPS, or the selected carrier has received and scanned the package into their system.


SHIPPING & FULFILLMENT

Most orders are processed within 3–5 business days, followed by an additional 3–5 business days for shipping, depending on your location.

We ship orders using third-party carriers, including:

  • USPS

  • FEDEX

  • UPS

To ensure timely delivery, please make sure your shipping address is entered correctly and completely, including:

  • Correct street numbers

  • Apartment or unit numbers

  • Building names (if applicable)

  • Proper abbreviations

DISTANT STUDIOS and its subsidiaries are not responsible for lost, stolen, incorrect-address, or misplaced packages.
Once a package has left our HQ and is in the carrier’s possession, we no longer have control over it.
